AGENZIA VAL FIORENTINA – DE MATTIA SRLS
• Prices include electricity and heating (heating only during the winter period). Upon request, COMFORT apartments are available with an additional charge.
• Stays are from Saturday 5:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM; mid-week departures can also be arranged upon agreement.
Additional costs:
• Tourist tax € 1,00 per day per person.
• Final cleaning € 75,00 for studio apartments, € 80,00 for one-bedroom apartments, € 85,00 for attic apartments; kitchen corners are excluded from cleaning.
• Covered parking € 50,00 per week , by reservation.
• Baby crib € 15,00 per week.
• Refundable security deposit € 100,00 required in cash upon arrival.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartments. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note:
• Free Wi-Fi is available at the concierge offices.
• Free ski bus service to and from the ski slopes, available only in winter.
• A paid Service Center with pool and wellness area is available at Hotel Nigritella, located within the same tourist complex.
• Self-service laundry with washing machines and dryers is available in Selva di Cadore.
FACILITIES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
All apartments are furnished in mountain style and equipped with: kitchenette with electric or induction cooktops, refrigerator, dishes, linen, TV, telephone, intercom; bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet; balcony.
PAYMENT
Full payment is requested on the day of arrival (De Mattia Srls “Agenzia Val Fiorentina”, via S. Fosca no. 1 – 32020 SELVA DI CADORE).
With the Pass issued by the Agency, please proceed to the reception with your documents for key collection and registration procedures.
A refundable security deposit of € 100.00 will be requested and returned upon apartment inspection at departure; any damages will be deducted.
If guests notice any damages upon arrival, please report them to reception to avoid any unwanted charges.
RESERVATION
After booking, you will receive instructions to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay cost. Upon receipt of the deposit, the booking will be considered confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked days must be paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
– ROOM-ONLY RATE: Full refund of the deposit if canceled up to 60 days before arrival. After that, the entire deposit will be retained. Without cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
– NON-REFUNDABLE RATE : Full amount charged immediately, no refund.
