\nFACILITIES AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
\n<\/strong>All apartments are furnished in mountain style and equipped with: kitchenette with electric or induction cooktops, refrigerator, dishes, linen, TV, telephone, intercom; bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet; balcony.

\nPAYMENT
\n<\/strong>Full payment is requested on the day of arrival (De Mattia Srls \u201cAgenzia Val Fiorentina\u201d, via S. Fosca no. 1 \u2013 32020 SELVA DI CADORE).
\nWith the Pass issued by the Agency, please proceed to the reception with your documents for key collection and registration procedures.
\nA refundable security deposit of \u20ac 100.00 will be requested and returned upon apartment inspection at departure; any damages will be deducted.
\nIf guests notice any damages upon arrival, please report them to reception to avoid any unwanted charges.

\n<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nAfter booking, you will receive instructions to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay cost. Upon receipt of the deposit, the booking will be considered confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked days must be paid.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>–\u00a0ROOM-ONLY RATE<\/strong>: Full refund of the deposit if canceled up to 60 days before arrival. After that, the entire deposit will be retained. Without cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
\n–\u00a0 NON-REFUNDABLE RATE <\/strong>: Full amount charged immediately, no refund.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
